Sue Kajfasz, API, ACSR
Personal Lines Account Management Specialist

Sue KajfaszSue Kajfasz, API, ACSR (732.946.4800, Ext. 20, s.kajfasz@holmesmcdowell.com) began her insurance career over 17 years ago as a personal lines claims representative at a property-casualty insurance company. She later moved to the company’s communications department where she responded to employee and customer correspondence. Today, as a Personal Lines Account Manager with Holmes & McDowell, Inc., Sue continues to press beyond the scope of her responsibilities as she diligently maintains customer files to ensure that proper coverage is always in effect.

 

Sue is a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) and the Woman’s Fast-tract Network group. She regularly attends chamber of commerce events and can often be found sharing her experience, knowledge and prognostications of the insurance industry with chamber members and guests. She also visits real estate offices on a regular basis to promote the various insurance companies that Holmes & McDowell represent.

 

Sue has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. She is a Claim Law Specialist, and has earned both her Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) and Associate in Personal Lines Insurance (API) designations. In her spare time Sue enjoys listening to music, reading and traveling.
